Data Migration Specialist (MS Excel Expert)

About the role

RepairDesk is seeking a Data Migration Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support via chat, calls, and emails. The role focuses on diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, especially related to data conversion and Excel-based tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer support through multiple channels, ensuring timely communication and satisfaction.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical and data migration issues, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Utilize JIRA and ZOHO platforms to track tickets, document issues, and manage resolutions.
• Perform data conversion and migration tasks, creating client‑specific solutions and test documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in a similar support role with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of business processes, data conversion workflows, and testing documentation.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
• Data migration and conversion expertise.
• Familiarity with JIRA and ZOHO ticketing systems.
