Endpoint Systems Engineer II – Windows, macOS, iOS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Endpoint Systems Engineer to lead and evolve our enterprise endpoint management strategy across Windows, macOS, and iOS devices. The role focuses on strengthening security, reliability and automation using SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot and related enterprise tools.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and enhance SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, SCOM, Bomgar and ControlUp platforms.
• Design and implement OS, application and third‑party patching strategies, monitoring compliance and deployment success.
• Manage Windows, macOS and iOS device enrollment, compliance policies, application deployment and security baselines via Intune.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
• Explore AI‑assisted tools to enhance troubleshooting, support and engineering productivity.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex endpoint and infrastructure issues, collaborating with NOC, Service Desk, security and application teams.
• Work with vendors on troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and solution planning.
• Create and maintain architectural diagrams, runbooks and technical standards to support team consistency and onboarding.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience with Windows endpoint management (SCCM/MECM, Intune, co‑management, Autopilot) in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in patching, compliance reporting and endpoint security across hybrid on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Experience managing macOS and iOS devices.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, automation and scripting to improve IT operations.
• Experience developing runbooks and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems for incident, service request and change management.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive, organized approach to operational risk management and continuous improvement.
