Executive Churn Insights

About the role

PTCL Group is looking for an Executive Churn Insights professional to turn data into actionable customer retention strategies. You will monitor churn trends, segment high‑risk customers and support retention campaigns across our telecom services.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly churn dashboards and analytical reports.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify high‑risk segments and churn drivers.
• Support planning, execution tracking and post‑analysis of retention, restoration and win‑back campaigns.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis, prepare management presentations and business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in churn analysis, reporting or data‑driven marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.
