Executive Commercial & General Procurement

About the role

The Executive Commercial & General Procurement professional will lead purchasing activities for the Commercial & General Procurement domain, ensuring transparent and efficient sourcing that supports the company’s business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and execute RFQs, ensuring 100% compliance with procurement policies.
• Review requisitions, set up cross‑functional purchasing teams, and conduct supplier market analysis.
• Develop evaluation criteria, analyze bids, negotiate terms, and select suppliers.
• Present cases for approval using PowerPoint and obtain system approvals.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance evaluations, and periodic business reviews.
• Create category strategies and procurement plans, seek approvals, and execute them.
• Oversee contract compliance, interpret clauses, and coordinate with internal business units.
• Maintain stakeholder communication and stay informed on market conditions and new products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, International Business or Economics preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant procurement or commercial purchasing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently on projects.
