About the role

Join EY’s Talent Team as an Experienced Hire Recruiter focused on Assurance services across major Pakistani cities. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering a best‑in‑class hiring experience while supporting the growth of the firm.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business areas, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Provide strategic talent advice on market intelligence, compensation trends, and candidate expectations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Design targeted recruitment plans, innovative sourcing strategies, and robust candidate pipelines for both generalist and specialist roles.
• Leverage data, analytics, and EY’s AI‑enabled tools to refine sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes.
• Collaborate with external agencies, talent networks, and professional communities to identify top talent.
• Support referral programs, talent pooling, and proactive pipelining initiatives.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth candidate closures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of recruitment experience, preferably in professional services.
• Proven expertise in full‑cycle recruitment up to Director level across multiple channels.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to coach junior recruiters and enhance team capability.
