Factory Supervisor – Match Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, hands‑on Factory Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day operations at our match manufacturing plant in Peshawar. The role ensures smooth production, effective workforce management, raw‑material coordination, payroll handling, and strict adherence to safety and operational controls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory operations ensuring production follows procedures, plans, targets, and management instructions.
• Manage factory workforce: attendance, punctuality, discipline, work allocation, routine employee matters, and coordinate monthly payroll, wages, overtime, deductions, and advances.
• Monitor production output, raw‑material consumption, waste, inventory levels, and stock movements; maintain accurate records and conduct physical stock counts.
• Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers for procurement, receipt, verification of materials, maintenance, repairs, and other authorized factory requirements.
• Administer petty cash and operational expenses within approved limits, ensuring proper authorization, documentation, and record‑keeping.
• Prepare regular operational reports and promptly inform management of production performance, labour and material needs, breakdowns, accidents, disputes, shortages, and other critical issues.

Required profile

• Practical and organized individual able to handle routine operational matters independently.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment, especially in a large‑scale factory, is preferred.
