Finance Business Partner - Commercial

About the role

The Finance Business Partner – Commercial will support and expand the Commercial Finance operating model in Pakistan. The role focuses on Gross‑to‑Net analysis, discount evaluation, budgeting, profitability reviews and decision support, while strengthening demand review and distributor inventory monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Support budgeting, planning and business decision‑making within the Commercial Finance framework, including validation of sales, pricing, discounts and profitability assumptions.
• Prepare and maintain recurring reports such as G2N, discount tracking, channel/customer performance and profitability reconciliations.
• Conduct discount feasibility analysis and evaluate financial impact against budgets.
• Analyse invoice‑level sales data to generate insights for SBU performance reviews and demand planning.
• Monitor distributor inventory risks, including ageing, expiries, slow‑moving stock and potential financial exposure.
• Collaborate with commercial teams, shared services and sales operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Required profile

• ACCA qualification (minimum).
• 7–15 years of experience, with roughly 5 years in commercial finance, FP&A, business partnering or analytics.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI or other data‑visualisation tools.
