Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial aspects of Creative Chaos, ensuring accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. This senior position leads the finance team and supports the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage the annual budget, monitor variances and align with company goals.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and provide strategic insights.
• Manage financial risks, ensure compliance with legal requirements and implement internal controls.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, fostering continuous learning.
• Monitor cash flow to maintain sufficient liquidity for operations and initiatives.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and implement process and system improvements for efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; Master's or CPA preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Effective communication with executives and external partners.
