Fiverr & Upwork Business Development Executive – Rawalpindi (Onsite)

About the role

We are hiring motivated individuals for Business Development roles on Fiverr and Upwork in Rawalpindi. Positions range from Intern to Junior and Senior Executive, all on‑site and shift‑based, focusing on acquiring and managing international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients on Fiverr and Upwork platforms.
• Prepare, customize and submit compelling proposals.
• Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.
• Manage leads, follow‑up communications and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate project requirements with the internal development team.
• Track performance metrics and report on sales activities.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or beginners for the Intern role.
• At least 6 months relevant experience for Junior positions.
• Proven experience in platform‑based sales for Senior roles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work according to assigned shift schedules.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Fiverr or Upwork platforms (preferred).
• Client communication and negotiation.
• Proposal writing and lead management.
