Flutter Developer – Build Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer to design, build and maintain high‑quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The role is on‑site and full‑time, offering the chance to work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Build responsive, high‑performance apps for Android and iOS.
• Collaborate with designers, backend developers and product owners to translate requirements into functional features.
• Integrate RESTful APIs, third‑party services and backend systems.
• Write clean, scalable, reusable code and follow best‑practice coding standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues and conduct testing.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Manage app releases and support publishing to Google Play and Apple App Store.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Flutter/mobile application development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in an on‑site team environment.

Required skills

• Flutter and Dart.
• Android and iOS development fundamentals.
• REST APIs, JSON handling and third‑party integrations.
• State‑management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc or GetX.
• Firebase services (preferred).
• Version control with Git, GitHub or GitLab.
• Understanding of mobile architecture, UI/UX principles and responsive design.
