Game Quality Assurance Tester

About the role

Data Games is seeking a full‑time Game Quality Assurance Tester to join its Lahore studio. You will play and test games across multiple platforms, identifying bugs and performance issues to ensure a high‑quality player experience.

Key responsibilities

• Document defects, reproduce issues, and provide clear feedback to developers and designers.
• Create and follow test plans, execute test cases, verify fixes, and ensure overall game stability before release.
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and production teams to improve player experience.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication, especially clear documentation of findings.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond constructively to feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with functional, compatibility, performance, and regression testing.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools and QA processes such as test case creation and defect lifecycle management.
• Basic technical literacy with PC and console hardware, installing builds, and capturing logs or screenshots.
