Head of Finance Department

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the accounting and financial operations of a growing retail company in Faisalabad. This full‑time leadership position oversees reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance and risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire Accounts & Finance function, aligning with corporate goals and regulatory frameworks.
• Develop, implement and monitor financial strategies, policies and internal controls to optimise performance and mitigate risks.
• Oversee all accounting activities including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, forecasts and cash‑flow statements to support strategic decisions.
• Ensure statutory compliance by coordinating audits, tax filings and interactions with regulatory authorities.
• Identify financial vulnerabilities, establish controls and mitigation plans.
• Supervise a team of eight finance professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading finance functions within a retail or similar fast‑growing environment.
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, taxation management and audit coordination.
• Ability to develop and enforce internal controls and risk‑management frameworks.
• Excellent leadership and team‑development skills.
