Head of Recovery

About the role

The Head of Recovery will lead easypaisa’s Recovery Team, driving strategies to reduce bad loan portfolios and improve overall recovery efficiency. This senior position requires strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities to shape and execute a holistic recovery model across all products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a self‑motivated team of recovery professionals.
• Design and implement innovative techniques and processes to maximize debt recovery effectiveness.
• Monitor and report recovery performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with the Recovery Code of Conduct, Fair Debt Guidelines, and bank policies.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and cross‑functional teams to enhance recovery processes and technology.
• Maintain infrastructure readiness and resolve related issues promptly.
• Research industry best practices and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience in debt recovery, preferably within a banking or digital finance environment.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent understanding of compliance, risk management, and legal coordination.
