Head of Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a strategic Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our hiring initiatives across all functions. You will shape the talent acquisition roadmap, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure we attract and retain top talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and future hiring needs.
• Drive executive search and critical leadership hiring.
• Build robust talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, corporate, commercial and technical roles.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, leveraging ATS, recruitment analytics and market insights.
• Lead employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Establish strategic partnerships with universities, industry networks and external recruiters.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing talent acquisition team, track KPIs and improve candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s or professional HR certification a plus).
• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years leading talent acquisition in a large, fast‑paced organization.
• Proven track record hiring across manufacturing, engineering, corporate, commercial, technical and leadership functions.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and influencing abilities.
