Healthcare Marketing Executive

About the role

Alnoor Diagnostic Centre is seeking a motivated Healthcare Marketing Executive to promote its diagnostic services across Lahore. The role focuses on building relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals and corporate clients to generate referrals and grow the business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to doctors, clinics, hospitals and corporate organisations to promote laboratory, radiology, imaging and specialised diagnostic services.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to expand referral networks.
• Generate new referrals, identify business opportunities and achieve marketing targets.
• Maintain daily visit and follow‑up reports to track progress and optimise strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to tailor marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, pharmaceuticals or hospital environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
