HR Lead – Human Resources Lead

About the role

The HR Lead will drive the design, implementation and oversight of human resources programs across the CIF MER, with a focus on GCC countries. Reporting to the HR VP/HRBP, the role ensures alignment with business priorities, Group HR policies and local legislation while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR programs, policies and procedures across GCC locations.
• Provide strategic HR support to Country CEOs and Heads.
• Lead inclusion and diversity initiatives in line with the BV Strategic Plan.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training needs analysis and HR process automation.
• Administer MPMD processes, job catalogue, classification and banding.
• Ensure compliance with international, local statutory, industrial and Group guidelines, including ethics, quality and risk management.
• Maintain HSE standards, report hazards and incidents, and support safe work environments.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of core HR experience.
• Hands‑on experience in recruitment, employee training, development and MIS generation.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office.

• HR Information System (HRIS) knowledge.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
