Immigration Associate (On‑site, Islamabad)

About the role

EY’s Immigration Department in Islamabad is seeking an Immigration Associate to join its on‑site team. The role supports cross‑border mobility, compliance and workforce advisory projects for both local and multinational clients. Fresh graduates and candidates with prior immigration experience are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior team members in delivering immigration advisory services.
• Prepare, review and manage immigration documentation for client cases.
• Liaise with clients, government authorities and other stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor case status throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide day‑to‑day support on ongoing immigration matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline); fresh graduates are encouraged.
• Prior exposure to immigration services is advantageous.
• Legal background is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor suitable for client‑facing environments.
