HR Manager – People Operations (Hybrid, Islamabad/Rawalpindi)

About the role

TEKenable is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead day‑to‑day people operations in Pakistan. The role is permanent, hybrid and based in the Islamabad/Rawalpindi area, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily people functions and provide employee support.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle – onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• Maintain the HRIS and perform monthly data accuracy checks.
• Prepare employment contracts, arrange equipment and conduct new‑starter inductions.
• Coordinate appraisals, disciplinary processes and grievance handling with HRBP support.
• Implement people policies, update the employee handbook and ensure compliance with Pakistan labour legislation.
• Administer payroll, benefits and coordinate benefits administration.
• Support employer branding initiatives and organise engagement events, corporate gifts and other employee programmes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR professional managing people operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Pakistan labour laws and HR best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across Ireland, the UK and Pakistan.

Required skills

• HRIS (experience with HR information systems).
