HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist supports the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding and off‑boarding, accurate payroll processing, and effective performance management. Acting as a primary HR contact, the specialist helps maintain compliance and a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding, ensuring timely documentation and a seamless experience.
• Coordinate probation reviews, employee confirmations, and related communications.
• Compile, validate, and submit monthly payroll inputs, including adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Support performance management cycles by tracking timelines, collecting feedback, and maintaining documentation.
• Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, including leave, performance, and organizational data.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics such as attendance, attrition, and headcount.
• Assist in developing, communicating, and implementing HR policies and initiatives.
• Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
• Administer employee health insurance, coordinating with vendors and handling enrollment and claims.
• Support HR projects, audits, compliance activities, and other talent‑management initiatives.
