Hub Lead – Sargodha

About the role

Manage and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Sargodha Hub and its assigned cities, ensuring smooth logistics and high‑quality customer service. The role involves developing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to boost efficiency, cut costs, and improve service quality.
• Lead, train, coach and manage performance of hub staff and local partner managers (LMPs).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as sort, linehaul, first‑mile, commercial and customer service to align goals and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with partners, vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration with the Alibaba International network.
• Monitor key performance indicators, create action plans for improvement, and ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role within logistics or supply chain.
• Proven track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and customer‑service best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English and Urdu.
