Incharge Proposals – Lead Bid Preparation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, results‑driven Incharge Proposals to lead the preparation of technically sound, competitive, and commercially viable bids. You will work closely with engineering, procurement, project management, and external stakeholders to ensure proposals meet client specifications, risk criteria, and deadlines.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate bid preparation strategies and resource plans for high‑quality submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, PMD, and business unit heads to gather inputs and cost estimates.
• Identify bid‑level risks and build contractual safeguards.
• Compile and finalize proposal documentation in line with ITB guidelines.
• Hand over finalized bids to Business Development within stipulated timelines.
• Assist the Head of Department with budgeting, variance tracking, and department targets.
• Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies during the proposal lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years total experience, including 3–5 years in Oil & Gas/EPC, 2–3 years in project management, and 2 years in contracts and commercial bid administration.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project).
