Electrician / Technician

About the role

Tera Generation Solutions (PVT) LTD is looking for an Electrician/Technician for its Lahore operations. The successful candidate will install, inspect, maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment while following applicable safety procedures and work standards. The position suits a dependable technician who works carefully, communicates issues clearly and contributes to reliable electrical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install and connect electrical wiring, fixtures, panels and related equipment according to work requirements.
• Diagnose electrical faults using testing tools and carry out repairs or replacements safely.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections, documenting findings and work completed.
• Read electrical diagrams and technical instructions to support installation and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with team members, report material or equipment needs and keep the work area orderly.
• Apply safe isolation practices and use suitable personal protective equipment.
• Provide technical support to the team lead and coordinate and read blueprints for system component installation and wiring.
• Test and troubleshoot system issues and report and repair faults.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, panels, fixtures and basic equipment installation.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults and use multimeters and other standard testing instruments.
• Understanding of preventive maintenance, inspection routines and safe repair practices.
• Commitment to electrical safety, safe isolation and consistent use of PPE.
• Careful workmanship, attention to detail and hazard identification.
• Outspoken and confident, able to handle customer queries, with strong interpersonal skills and ethical values.
• Clear communication, teamwork, punctuality and accurate reporting of completed tasks and issues.
