International Sales Representative

About the role

Experts Communication is seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven International Sales Representative focused on design sales, front‑end and upsell opportunities. The role requires at least two years of proven sales experience in the web, design, or development sector and the ability to manage international clients, upsell solutions, and close deals effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Generate and convert leads from platforms such as Bark.com, Discord, and similar sources.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote company services and acquire new clients.
• Build long‑term client relationships through effective communication and follow‑ups.
• Identify upselling opportunities and deliver tailored design solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline and report progress to senior management.
• Provide exceptional customer service with strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Support project management by coordinating client requirements and design specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of front‑end sales experience in the design/web/development sector.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Strong time‑management and team‑leadership capabilities.
• Flexibility to work night shifts.
