About the role

Interwood Mobel is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Corporate Sales to lead revenue growth through strategic corporate client management, high‑performance sales execution, and exceptional customer experience delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive corporate sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Achieve sales targets by maximizing revenue from existing and new corporate clients.
  • Oversee front‑end sales of commercial business, ensuring alignment with back‑end design support.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, provide quotations, and collaborate with costing to maintain stable gross margins.
  • Review tenders, prepare bidding documents, and ensure successful submissions.
  • Drive initiatives for a consistent superior customer experience from lead generation to post‑sale support.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Monitor pricing strategies and cost efficiencies to maintain profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the corporate sales team, fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7‑10 years of progressive corporate sales experience, preferably in furniture, interior design, or construction materials.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large corporate accounts.
  • Experience leading and developing sales teams.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office suite.
