Junior Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Logistics Assistant to support day‑to‑day B2C fulfilment, Amazon stock transfers and retail/B2B shipments in Pakistan. The role will involve end‑to‑end tracking of Amazon transfers, daily 3PL performance reporting and resolving shipping issues while supporting month‑end stock adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Raise and track Amazon transfers and B2B shipments from start to finish.
• Own daily reporting on 3PL performance.
• Resolve operational and customer shipping issues as they arise.
• Support month‑end stock movement and adjustment across systems.
• Collaborate with Logistics teams in Pakistan and the UK, as well as S&OP, retail/B2B, CX, Finance and external 3PL partners.

Required profile

• Comfortable working with data and confident in Excel (XLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables).
• Accurate and consistent in detail‑heavy tasks such as reconciliation, labelling, ASNs and invoice validation.
• Organised, proactive and able to prioritise workload in high‑volume periods.
• Clear communicator who can work across time zones and cultures.
• Problem‑solver who adapts quickly in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (including XLOOKUP, IF statements, pivot tables).
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) – advantageous.
