Key responsibilities

• Use online tools, databases and search techniques to mine data and research potential leads.
• Maintain and update lead databases, ensuring accuracy and organization.
• Utilize automation software to streamline lead extraction.
• Provide regular reports on lead volume, quality and sources.
• Execute email marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage leads in CRM systems, segmenting and nurturing them effectively.
• Maintain backups and handle large data sheets.
• Stay current with industry trends and market conditions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in lead generation or sales.
• Proficiency with data‑mining and web‑scraping tools.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate lead quality.
• Attention to detail for accurate data extraction.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Instantly or HubSpot.
• Basic understanding of target markets and industry.
• Experience in email marketing and digital lead‑generation techniques is a plus.
• Knowledge of whitelisting and domain‑warming procedures is advantageous.
• Good command of Excel, including basic formulas.
