Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Microtech Inc. is looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee the movement of goods, ensuring timely deliveries and smooth supply‑chain operations. The role involves close collaboration with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal teams while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet delivery schedules.
• Plan and monitor transportation routes and logistics activities.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and vendors.
• Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Work with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Resolve delivery delays, discrepancies, and transportation issues promptly.
• Monitor logistics costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Maintain logistics performance reports and metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply‑chain coordination.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as Quickbook, Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Understanding of inventory management and transportation processes.
