Manager Employee Engagement and DEI

About the role

Getz Pharma is looking for a Manager Employee Engagement and DEI to lead employee engagement programs, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and employer branding across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement programs, events and initiatives across the organization.
• Manage employee engagement and pulse surveys, analyze feedback and drive action plans.
• Lead DEI initiatives, awareness campaigns and employee sensitization programs.
• Design and run activities that promote a positive workplace culture, wellbeing and employee participation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on wellness, CSR and culture-building initiatives.
• Build partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs and industry forums to support engagement and employer branding.
• Develop communication campaigns on organizational culture, employee achievements and DEI, and enhance the employer brand through social media and professional networks.
• Monitor engagement and DEI metrics and identify best practices to strengthen inclusion and culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, DEI, employer branding or related HR functions.
• Experience planning and managing employee events and organizational initiatives.

Required skills

• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze employee feedback and turn it into actionable programs.
• Experience with social media, employer branding and internal communications is an advantage.
