Senior HR Supervisor (Industrial Relations)

About the role

A manufacturing factory in Koralang, Karachi is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior HR Supervisor to handle industrial relations and factory labour. The salary is market competitive.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the client's Industrial Relations team to resolve labour matters and keep workforce operations running smoothly.
• Prepare supervisors' shift schedules and report workforce updates, attendance and labour issues to management.
• Manage factory labour, manpower deployment, shift allocation, attendance and discipline.
• Prepare duty rosters, shift schedules, weekly offs and overtime plans.
• Handle a large workforce, worker grievances and shop-floor issues, and coordinate with production teams.
• Monitor absenteeism, manpower shortages and workforce productivity.
• Handle show-cause notices, misconduct cases and disciplinary inquiries.
• Oversee attendance, leave records, payroll coordination and HR reporting.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, EOBI, SESSI and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4-6 years of factory HR experience.

Required skills

• Strong labour handling and roster management skills.
• Knowledge of labour laws, EOBI and SESSI.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
