Medical Coder & Scribe (Full‑time, Islamabad)

About the role

RCM Matter is seeking a full‑time Medical Coder and Scribe to join its Islamabad office. You will support healthcare providers by accurately coding clinical documentation, maintaining compliance, and assisting with real‑time charting.

Key responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation and assign appropriate ICD‑10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure coding compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Record patient information accurately and assist providers with real‑time charting.
• Organize and prepare patient medical reports for timely claims submission.
• Collaborate with clinicians to verify documentation completeness.

Required profile

• Proficiency in medical coding with prior coding experience.
• Familiarity with Health Information Management; RHIT certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and coding standards.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational skills.
• Prior medical scribing experience is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CPC or CCS are highly desirable.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical setting.
