Meta/TikTok/Youtube Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Meta/TikTok/YouTube Performance Marketing Specialist with at least one year of experience to join our marketing team. The role involves planning, implementing and continuously optimizing paid campaigns for our brands across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize paid marketing campaigns and monitor their effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross‑departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals.
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Define, measure and evaluate KPIs for paid media initiatives.
• Manage the overall paid media budget and audience building for specific groups.
• Conduct A/B testing, adjust keyword strategies, ad copy, bids and audience targeting.
• Write compelling ad copy and set up conversion tracking and retargeting.
• Maintain monthly dashboards reporting campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a paid search marketer handling Meta, YouTube, SnapChat and TikTok.
• Experience in a marketing agency and exposure to international campaigns (USA, UK) is a plus.
• Excellent grammar, research, fact‑checking, writing and editing abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
