Operations and Reporting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations & Reporting Specialist to manage and analyse operational data, ensure accuracy, and support our fast‑paced team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process operational data accurately and efficiently.
• Analyze information, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues.
• Work extensively with spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
• Apply complex rules, guidelines, and processes.
• Take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve operational issues while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment.
• Excellent written communication and ability to work under pressure.
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Majors in Accounting or Finance preferred.
