About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Operations & Reporting Specialist to manage and analyse operational data, ensure accuracy, and support our fast‑paced team.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process operational data accurately and efficiently.
- Analyze information, identify discrepancies, and investigate issues.
- Work extensively with spreadsheets and maintain accurate records.
- Apply complex rules, guidelines, and processes.
- Take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve operational issues while maintaining confidentiality.
Required profile
- Strong numerical aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment.
- Excellent written communication and ability to work under pressure.
- Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Majors in Accounting or Finance preferred.
