People & Culture Manager

About the role

Glow is building an AI‑powered insurance platform for small businesses and is looking for a full‑time People & Culture Manager to lead day‑to‑day people operations at its Lahore hub. You will shape the employee experience, support managers, and help create a high‑trust, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Run local people‑operations processes across onboarding, daily employee/contractor experience, performance support and off‑boarding.
• Manage core documentation and workflows for independent contractors, including agreements, renewals and record‑keeping.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee/contractor concerns, balancing empathy with business needs.
• Coach managers on feedback, performance conversations and team health.
• Design and run culture, recognition and engagement initiatives for the Lahore hub.
• Localize and implement global People programs such as performance cycles, learning & development and policy rollouts.
• Maintain and improve People tools (e.g., Airtable, Rippling) ensuring clean, reliable data.
• Identify process gaps and proactively implement scalable improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Background in high‑growth, startup or multinational environments.
• Proven ability to run contractor‑first or globally distributed people operations.
• Strong partnership skills with global stakeholders and ability to translate programs locally.
• Excellent communication, discretion and structured approach.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably from a Tier 1 university.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern HRIS and people tools such as Deel, BambooHR, Rippling and Airtable.
• Experience running performance cycles, engagement programs or learning & development initiatives.
