Performance Marketing Specialist B2B Lead Generation

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will lead paid‑media campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms to generate qualified B2B leads for ISO certification, training, sustainability, ESG, auditing and compliance services. The role is performance‑driven, requiring clear attribution of advertising spend to leads, sales opportunities and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies for Pakistan, UAE, GCC and international markets.
• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and related channels.
• Conduct keyword, audience and competitor research, and segment markets by service, industry, country and target group.
• Create campaign structures, ad copy, calls‑to‑action and creative briefs; collaborate with designers and content teams.
• Set up and manage retargeting campaigns, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, pixels and event attribution.
• Analyse campaign data, generate performance reports and make evidence‑based optimisation decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, IT or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing or paid digital advertising.
• Proven track record managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns; LinkedIn Ads experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to generate B2B leads through paid media.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Excellent written English for professional ad copy.
