Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Performance Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, maximising ROAS, and providing data‑driven insights to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑performing paid media campaigns, allocating budgets to maximise ROI.
• Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns using metrics like CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
• Configure tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GA4, GTM, CAPI, UTM) and analyse performance data to produce actionable insights.
• Design lead‑generation funnels, improve landing‑page conversion rates and collaborate with sales to enhance lead quality.
• Partner with creative teams to produce effective ad assets and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present recommendations based on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on performance‑marketing experience, managing high‑budget campaigns in B2B and/or B2C environments.
• Professional certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
