About the role
CSH Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join its professional retail pharmacy team. The role involves supporting the pharmacist in dispensing medication, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in dispensing medicines under pharmacist supervision.
- Manage inventory and monitor medicine expiry dates.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Follow company standard operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Diploma in Pharmacy Technician from a recognized institution.
- 1–2 years of retail or hospital pharmacy experience (preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
