Product Manager - AI Solutions

About the role

Techbanq is an AI-focused technology company with offices in Riyadh, Lahore, London and San Francisco. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Product Manager in Lahore to lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of AI-driven solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering to roadmap planning and launch.

Key responsibilities

• Translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product features.
• Lead discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization and roadmap planning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design and data teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Analyze product performance, collect feedback and use data to refine and iterate products.
• Support go-to-market activities and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Maintain alignment between business objectives and product strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or product management certification is a plus.
• Prior experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role in a technology or SaaS company; experience in AI or data-centric products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Data-driven decision-making using analytics, user feedback and market research.
