Project Acquisition Executive

About the role

PakistanProperty.com is a real estate platform connecting buyers and investors with developers, builders and property projects across Pakistan. It is looking for an experienced Project Acquisition professional to bring new real estate projects, developers and builders onto the platform. The role involves building strong relationships across the Lahore property market, negotiating partnerships and helping grow the project portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Find and bring new real estate projects, developers and builders onto PakistanProperty.com
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and project owners
• Negotiate partnership and listing agreements
• Track the market for new launches and upcoming projects
• Meet monthly acquisition targets

Required profile

• 3-4 years of proven experience in project acquisition or real estate business development
• A strong network of developers and builders in Lahore
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in Urdu and English
• Self-motivated and target-driven
