Client Relationship Manager / Sales Executive

About the role

Aura Developers is hiring a Sales Executive for its flagship project, Aurora Residences, in Gulberg, Lahore. This is a client-facing role for someone who builds trust easily, communicates with confidence and enjoys closing deals. The position is based at the company's office in Gulberg II.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries by phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-in, responding within the same day
• Qualify leads by understanding their needs, budget, apartment preference and timeline
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
• Guide clients from first enquiry to closing, presenting the project, apartments, amenities, materials, quality and pricing
• Explain payment plans, prepare and present tailored buying proposals, negotiate terms and close sales
• Conduct site, model-apartment and experience-centre tours and walkthroughs
• Handle objections professionally and coordinate paperwork and advance payments
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline, and follow up consistently
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams toward individual and team targets
• Represent the company at open days, previews, launches and client events, and gather feedback and referrals

Required profile

• 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Confident, presentable and professional, with strong interpersonal skills
• Target-driven, self-motivated and well organised
• Comfortable meeting clients in person and conducting site visits
