Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from anywhere, guiding shoppers through the post‑purchase journey and recovering abandoned carts.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts, offering personalized solutions and incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage the customer journey through targeted email and chat outreach during post‑purchase and consideration phases.
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations to increase transaction value.
• Handle routine inquiries and minor troubleshooting quickly while maintaining high trust levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion ability with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and experience using CRM tools.
