Retail System & Inventory Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Retail System & Inventory Coordinator to ensure accurate inventory records across our multiple store locations in Lahore. You will work closely with the South Africa operations team and support both on‑site and remote store activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory records, including receipts, transfers, adjustments and reconciliations.
• Create and update SKUs, product listings, pricing, attributes and images.
• Monitor stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies and generate daily, weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports.
• Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning and POS setup, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Train store staff remotely, develop and maintain SOPs, and perform data analysis to recommend process improvements.
• Travel occasionally and ensure a reliable high‑speed internet connection for remote tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or equivalent.
• 2‑3+ years of experience in inventory control, retail operations or POS/ERP administration.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, reporting).
• Experience with POS systems and ERP or inventory management software.
• Barcode generation and labeling knowledge.
