Revenue Operations Manager

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a highly analytical and process‑driven Revenue Operations Manager to own and optimise our HubSpot CRM, oversee the sales cycle, manage marketing automation, and integrate data across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HubSpot CRM administrator, managing configuration, data integrity and workflow automation.
• Optimise sales‑cycle processes, lead routing, scoring and assignment to improve efficiency and pipeline management.
• Oversee marketing automation, including email campaigns, sequences and lead nurturing.
• Ensure seamless integrations with tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, Instantly, Salesloft and Outreach.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that combine data from Google Search Console, GA4, Google Ads and other sources.
• Analyse revenue performance metrics, identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
• Continuously optimise sales and marketing processes and act as a liaison between sales, marketing and operations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or Marketing Operations.
• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM & Marketing Hub (certification preferred).
• Hands‑on experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to train teams on HubSpot processes.
