About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Robot Teleoperator (Hybrid) to remotely operate and monitor robotic systems in an industrial environment. The role involves real‑time control of equipment, troubleshooting, and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control robotic equipment through teleoperation interfaces to execute assigned tasks accurately.
• Perform real‑time troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during operations.
• Follow standardized operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Document operational data, performance metrics, and any deviations for reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to optimise system performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience operating robotic systems in industrial or operational settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and detailed procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and electronics relevant to robotics.
