Sales Development Representative – AI Insurance Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join an AI‑driven platform that helps property and casualty insurers accelerate competitive analysis and pricing. The role focuses on outbound prospecting to generate a qualified pipeline of Managing General Agents and carriers, supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn to build a self‑sourced pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings with decision‑makers at target MGAs and carriers.
• Research and identify prospects that match the ideal customer profile.
• Personalize outreach for technical, actuarial and product‑lead audiences.
• Maintain accurate data in the CRM and track activity.
• Transition to enterprise outreach as you ramp up and support land‑and‑expand accounts.
• Collaborate with the founding team on messaging, targeting and outbound strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years of outbound SDR/BDR experience with a proven self‑sourced pipeline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to execute cold outreach across phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Comfort selling technical, complex SaaS products to sophisticated buyers.
