Sales & Marketing Officer - GPS Security Solutions

About the role

Crescent Tracking (Pvt) Ltd provides GPS/GPS-GPRS security solutions for vehicles and personal tracking, offering real-time monitoring of ignition, engine, immobilizer and door lock status. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Officer in Lahore to promote its GPS and security solutions to individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and conduct market outreach
• Promote the company's GPS and security solutions to individual and corporate clients
• Manage sales pipelines and follow up on leads to close sales
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and maintain the company's presence on relevant channels
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand product features and give feedback to improve them
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to sales targets

Required profile

• Skills in market research and marketing to identify opportunities, understand customer needs and build promotional strategies
• Strong communication skills for client engagement, presentations and negotiations
• Sales skills to manage leads, convert prospects and meet or exceed targets
• Skills in social media marketing to manage online presence and support campaigns
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in sales and marketing, especially in technology, automotive or security solutions, is an advantage
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Required skills

• Proficiency in basic office software
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems is beneficial
