Sales Development Manager - Dealer Network Training

About the role

Jotun Paints Pakistan is looking for a Sales Development Manager based in Lahore, reporting to the Head of Sales. The role drives sales excellence and business growth by building the capabilities of the dealer network through structured training, coaching and capability-building initiatives. It equips dealers with product knowledge, technical expertise and sales skills to increase sales performance, strengthen customer relationships and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage a dealer development and training program, covering scheduling, delivery, tracking and evaluation of training for dealers and their shop sales staff, with accurate participant records.
• Equip dealers and their teams with product, technical, sales and market knowledge to improve customer engagement and drive business development in their territories.
• Train the Sales and Marketing teams on how to promote, coordinate, deliver and follow up on dealer training initiatives.
• Develop, maintain and improve learning materials, sales tools and training resources.
• Onboard new dealers, implement first-year business plans, monitor training effectiveness and business performance, and provide ongoing coaching and support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Sales and Marketing.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and sales development.
• Strong business acumen to drive growth and profitability.
• Strong communicator able to build relationships with stakeholders such as the dealer network.
• Initiative, ability to seize commercial opportunities, and a coach-like approach to developing people.
