Sales Representative - Logistics & BPO

About the role

Apex Trail LLC, a cargo and freight solutions company offering logistics, freight brokerage, BPO and sales support services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Representative in Lahore. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business in logistics and BPO services, engaging prospects by call, email and meeting, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in logistics and BPO services
• Proactively engage prospects through calls, emails and meetings
• Manage the sales pipeline and prepare proposals and quotations
• Negotiate rates and terms
• Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up promptly
• Use CRM tools to track activities and performance
• Contribute to sales targets, take part in team meetings and give feedback on market trends and customer demands

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills; B2B experience preferred
• Knowledge of logistics, freight operations or BPO services, with quick learning of industry processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage time well and handle several client accounts and leads
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute
