About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role focuses on understanding client needs, showcasing property units, and driving timely closures of deals while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

Understand and analyse client requirements.
Brief clients thoroughly on relevant property units.
Conduct demonstrations, site visits, and ensure timely deal closures.
Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs.
Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients.

Required profile

Graduation level education or equivalent practical experience.
Passionate about sales and customer service.
At least 1 year of sales experience (fresh graduates are also encouraged).
Strong communication skills.
