About the role

Tornado Dispatch LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to identify and connect with owner‑operators and trucking companies across the United States. You will understand client needs and present the company’s professional dispatch services to generate new business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and generate new leads.
• Connect with U.S.-based truck owners and carriers.
• Build strong client relationships and follow up with prospects.
• Present and promote our dispatch services.
• Handle objections and convert qualified prospects into clients.
• Maintain accurate lead and sales records.
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident and professional phone presence.
• Sales or cold‑calling experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
